Open Position: Network Engineer (MikroTik Specialist)
Type: Full-Time / On-site
About the Role
As a Network Engineer at Netcore Solution, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of MikroTik-based networks for our clients across ISP and enterprise environments.
You’ll play a key role in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures using RouterOS, CCR, CRS, and wireless systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, configure, and maintain MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Implement VPN, Firewall, VLAN, and QoS configurations for various client networks.
- Design Layer 2 and Layer 3 topologies for data, voice, and video transport.
- Troubleshoot and optimize network performance across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, technical documentation, and RFP responses.
- Support client integrations with cloud and SD-WAN environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing IP networks using MikroTik devices.
- Strong understanding of RouterOS, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and IP/MPLS.
- Proficiency in network security, VPN configuration, and bandwidth management.
- Experience with ISP or WISP network environments is preferred.
- MikroTik Certified (MTCNA/MTCRE/MTCINE) is a plus.
